SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

We deliver goods Australia wide using Australia Post and Fastway couriers. Shipping cost are influenced by post code, size and weight of the product. Total cost of the goods or services offered include all appropriate shipping/handling charges and taxes once they are place in the cart. All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of shipping costs.

Please contact us if you would like us to ship products overseas.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY

All transactions will be processed in AUD and include GST. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lawn Bowls 2U along with Planet Bowls at Club Kawana is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality goods. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and shipping times are estimated between 4-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

If LB2U is unable to deliver the goods in the given time period we will contact you by phone or email within 5 working days. If we cannot process your order or the goods are unavailable then you will be informed within 2 working days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Lawn Bowls 2U, our aim is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not completely happy with a product that you purchased from this site, for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of your purchase providing the product and its packaging is returned to us in its original new condition and is accompanied by your receipt.

Once your returned items have been received by us we will credit your card within 7 business days less the cost of postage paid by Lawn Bowls 2U. The refund will appear on your credit card statement. Alternatively, Lawn Bowls 2U is happy to provide you with a credit on your customer account.

CANCELLATIONS

We are very flexible with order cancellation and allow you to cancel the order up to the point when you receive and sign for the goods. However, if we incur costs as result of the cancellation, we will pass these on to you, so please research and choose the products carefully and consider how you pay for your purchase. Also, please note that all cancellations must be done or confirmed by email.

The following policies apply on order cancellations where the order is cancelled as a result of the customer changing their mind:

Freight Costs & Shipping Insurance – If you cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet delivered, the freight cost and shipping insurance will not be refunded, as we will not be refunded this cost by the courier. Please note that an order in the status of Shipping may have already been shipped but not yet updated on our website.
